I have coached people from all walks of life and ability levels. I have coached people from a rehabilitation situation to their first 5K. I have helped people to complete their first marathons, triathlons, and mixed martial arts events. I have also coached seasoned athletes, military personal, and police officers to a higher level than they thought possible. I’m a fitness coach, a self-defense coach, a combat sports coach, and some would say a Success Life coach.
My goal in all of these venues is to help you, the individual, achieve your potential by giving you the tools needed to physically reach your goals, and to assist you in realizing your potential.
I have studied Human performance and success for most of my life. For the past 30 years I have used my experience to assist people getting more out of life, starting with fitness.
There’s a lot of information out there that is conflicting and confusing. I hope to put it all together in a simplistic format so everyone can use it to achieve their potential in their chosen field of endeavor.
